The role of Wear Plate & Cutting Rings:
1.The aggregate between the cutting ring and the eye plate of the concrete pump truck has a cutting effect, so as to ensure the correct place between the cutting ring and the eye plate.
2. Improve the sealing, because there is a rubber compression ring between the cutting ring and the S valve, it plays the cutting ring to give the eye plate a pre-pressure, so as to improve the sealing between the cutting ring and the eye plate.
3. Reduce the cost of use, it replaces the wear between the S-valve feed port and the cylinder discharge port with the wear between the eye plate and the cutting ring. The cost of replacing a set of eye plates and cutting rings is much lower than the cost of replacing the S-valve and cylinder.
